  Playersarena.com also accepts MONEY ORDERS if the customer does not have credit card

  and style of the item (size and style choices indicated in the drop down menus); Print your name and shipping details; calculate the total cost including shipping method of your choice and mail the

• RETURN POLICY
  All sales have a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of product arrival to its destination.
  Items being exchanged or returned should be in original condition and packaging as when shipped by Playersarena.com.
  Follow these 5 easy steps when returning your item:
  • Call Playersarena.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Repackage the item purchased, leaving tags intact.
  • Include a note requesting an exchange or refund with buyers contact information and order number.
  • When returning your item, please indicate on the Commercial / Customs form that the item(s) are:
    • CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING
    • PRODUCTION VALUE of $15.00 CAD
  • Ship the item using a secure and traceable method (UPS, Fedex, Registered mail, etc.) This helps
    locate any package that may have gone missing onroute.
    
    Note: We do not accept or take responsibility for C.O.D's when items are being returned for any
    reason by the customer unless authorized by our Customer Support Team prior to the customer
    sending their item.

Shipping Methods on Return/Exchange merchandise : Playersarena.com recommends
the following methods of shipment when returning an item:
1) USPS (with tracking number)
2) UPS Xpress, UPS Expedited, UPS Standard
3) FEDEX Xpress, FEDEX Expedited FEDEX Standard
4)Other Carriers are accepted as long as traceable tracking details are provided to the
customer (shipper).

Refunds: The customer's credit card will be credited the amount of the transaction minus
shipping charges and restocking fees.
Exchanges: If an exchange is required, the item exchanged should be in the original
condition and all tags intact as when shipped by Playersarena.com. Shipping charges
incurred by the customer will not be credited on exchanges. To exchange an item, shipping
charges apply.

PLEASE NOTE:

For Items that are returned for exchange or refund, Playersarena.com is not responsible for
any duties or related charges incurred when crossing international borders.
A 20% restocking fee is charged for each item returned unless a mistake is made by Playersarena.com (wrong size, color, etc.).
Shipping charges incurred will not be credited unless there is an error in shipping.
Customized jerseys will not be returned or exchange.

• SHIPPING INFORMATION
  All products are shipped through a third-party carrier service. If there are any concerns when your
  package arrives, please do not hesitate to call us at our toll free number: 1.888.216.1889. Products
  shipped to an address other than the billing address, may be delayed while completing our enhanced security checks. Orders that are unable to pass our rigorous security checks will be cancelled and
  buyer will be notified. UPS, Canada Post and FEDEX are our shipping partners on most items.
